Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
CPA Part I or relevant accounting qualification is an added advantage.
0-1 year of working experience in Finance or Accounting; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial procedures. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in processing and reconciling e-TIMS, bank transactions, and daily financial records.
Assist in reviewing invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Support the preparation and filing of VAT returns and other statutory financial reports.
Assist in maintaining and updating daily transaction journals and financial records.
Support accounts payable and receivable activities, including payment and invoice tracking.
Assist with financial data entry, filing, and maintenance of accounting records.
Support the Finance team during audits, budgeting, and other financial activities.
Perform any other finance and accounting duties
