Finance Manager at IBIC Investment Holdings

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to join our team and oversee the financial management and controls of a premium/luxury restaurant business.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in restaurant or hospitality finance, with a solid understanding of F&B costing, inventory control, profitability, budgeting, and financial reporting.


Key Responsibilities


Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports.
Monitor food & beverage costs, gross margins, labour costs and operating expenses.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
Monitor restaurant revenue, cash flow and profitability.
Oversee inventory, stock reconciliation, wastage and variance analysis.
Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
Analyze sales and operational data and provide commercial insights to Management.
Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Kitchen and F&B teams to improve profitability.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks.
Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and audit processes.




Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
5+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably with significant restaurant or F&B experience.
Strong knowledge of restaurant costing, inventory, stock control, and profitability analysis.
Experience preparing management accounts and financial reports.
Strong Excel and accounting/ERP system skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
