Key Responsibilities


Financial Planning and Reporting: Creating accurate, timely financial reports, managing, and analyzing data to advise upper management on financial decisions.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing, implementing, and overseeing company budgets and conducting financial forecasting.
Cash Flow Management: Monitoring and managing the flow of cash to ensure the organization has sufficient liquidity.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to financial laws, regulations, and company policies, while assessing and mitigating financial risks.
Investment and Capital Allocation: Managing investment portfolios and determining the optimal mix of debt and equity to minimize costs and maximize profits.
Team Leadership: Leading the finance department, including mentoring staff and coordinating financial activities across different departments.


Requirements


Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 7 - 11 years of work experience.
