Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer with 3 - 4 years of relevant experience to support financial operations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing reconciliations, and supporting day-to-day finance activities.


Key Responsibilities


Raise requests for verification-related payments for approval and post related transactions.
Process verification-related payments in a timely manner
Handle banking transactions for operational activities
Prepare and file VAT, WHT, and other statutory returns accurately and within deadlines
Maintain and update the fixed assets register on a monthly basis, applying appropriate depreciation rates.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements and investigate discrepancies.
Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve variances
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3 - 4 years' relevant work experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
Good knowledge of financial reporting and statutory compliance (VAT, WHT, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
