In the role of Finance Software Delivery Manager, you will have the opportunity to:


Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.
Provide high-level day-to-day support and maintenance for Oracle PeopleSoft Financials, Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Billing, Resource Management, and other applications to ensure maximum uptime, high performance, and excellent customer service.
Offer innovative technologies, solution ideas, and potential business process improvements to drive efficiencies and meet business needs.
Provide technical directions to Financial Systems developers on existing and new interfaces.
Utilize experience with Finance enterprise applications to lead upgrades, enhancements, and operational support procedures.
Manage a team of Financial Business Systems Analysts responsible for the improvement and support of Samaritans Purse enterprise applications.
Liaise between the Information Technology department and the user community.
Meet regularly with users to track open issues and facilitate the effective use of software applications.
Lead Finance Systems project management in the selection, rollout, and improvement of Enterprise Level Finance Systems.
Coordinate the testing of Finance based technology-related projects.
Liaise between developers, network managers, Help Desk, and software support on IT department operations.
All other duties as assigned.


Qualifications & Experience​​​​​​​:


Bachelor's degree with a major in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field, and/or at least ten (10+) years of related experience.
A relevant combination of education and experience will be considered.
Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM), along with a strong understanding of current finance systems and supporting technologies.
Comprehensive knowledge of business systems analysis and the software development lifecycle, including effective user interface design, system configuration, user training, and troubleshooting across enterprise finance applications.
12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire.
