What you will be doing

System Administration and Enhancement:


Spearhead the administration and continuous improvement of our financial systems
Develop and deploy cutting-edge features and applications to streamline finance operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems, automate accounting tasks, and enhance financial reporting


User Empowerment and Support:


Provide expert guidance and training to users across all departments and locations
Troubleshoot issues and empower users to maximize system capabilities
Foster a culture of technological adoption and innovation within the finance department


Process Optimization and Automation:


Identify opportunities to simplify complex processes through intelligent automation
Design and implement solutions that improve data quality, financial controls, and reporting accuracy
Drive the development of user-friendly interfaces and intuitive workflows


Cross-functional Collaboration:


Partner with IT, finance teams, and other stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs
Contribute to strategic initiatives that leverage financial systems to support business growth
Act as a liaison between finance and technology teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications


What we are looking for


Proven "hands-on" experience in financial systems administration - MS Dynamics NAV is a significant 'plus', but we value expertise in any modern ERP system
