About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join this global team. This is a 100% remote position, reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will have strong technical finance skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multi-currency transactions and international banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Data Management – Prepare and deliver clear, accurate financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable – Oversee transactions to ensure timely processing and reconciliations.
• Banking & Foreign Currencies – Manage bank feeds within the accounting system, work closely with international banks, and ensure accuracy in multi-currency transactions.
• Reconciliations – Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and financial data.
• Expense & Cash Flow Management – Track expenses, budgets, taxes, and cash flow to ensure financial health.

What They're Looking For

• BCom in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance-related role.
• At least 2 years of experience managing multi-currency transactions.
• Advanced Excel skills – complex formulas, data analysis, and financial modeling.
• Experience with international banking systems and bank feeds.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Prior experience with Xero is an advantage, but they are happy to train!
• Someone who is proactive, takes initiative, and has a strong willingness to learn.
