Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses.
Provide professional advice on investment, life insurance, estate planning, and trust solutions.
Develop and implement customised financial plans aligned with clients' objectives.
Achieve agreed sales and performance targets.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
Maintain accurate client records and deliver exceptional client service.
Minimum RequirementsExperience
Relationship Banking Adviser: Minimum 3 - 5 years' continuous experience in the financial services industry.
Everyday Banking Adviser: Minimum 2 years' continuous experience in the financial services industry.
Qualifications
Relevant FSCA-approved qualification:
NQF Level 6 (Relationship Banking Adviser), or
NQF Level 5 (Everyday Banking Adviser)
RE5 qualification (essential).
Minimum 120 FAIS credits.
CFP® designation will be advantageous.
Additional Requirements
Fit and Proper in terms of FAIS requirements.
Previous FSP licence with a registered Financial Services Provider.
Proven track record of achieving sales and commission targets.
Strong knowledge of investment, life insurance, estate planning, and trust products.
Commercial and industrial banking knowledge will be advantageous.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport (if applicable).
