Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Developing tools and manuals relating to registration, monitoring of AML/CFT/CPF compliance by reporting entities
- Registering and guiding reporting institutions for compliance with the requirements of section 36A (1) of POCAMLA
- Updating registration and monitoring databases
- Conducting risk based onsite and offsite inspections of reporting institutions to ensure compliance with section 24 (c) of POCAMLA
- Profiling reporting institutions based on ML/TF/PF risk-levels to inform risk-based approach to supervision.
