Job Responsibilities

• Entering capacity development data into computer databases and organizing the same using appropriate computer applications and tools
• Resolving data discrepancies and problems with source systems or formats that prevent the data from being analyzed effectively
• Conducting preliminary data analysis to facilitate communication of outcomes of feedback process, training needs and impact assessment, among others, and compiling preliminary reports on the findings
• Taking notes during capacity development activities and drafting relevant reports
• Updating databases of the department
• Identifying and mitigating departmental risks
