Purpose of the Role
As the Fleet & Facility Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's fleet, transportation, facility, and logistics operations.
The role ensures vehicle availability, operational efficiency, safety, regulatory compliance, preventive maintenance, cost control, and effective support for business operations across all company locations.

Requirements
Experience:
3-5 years' experience in fleet, logistics, facility, or transportation management.
Professional certification in Fleet Management, Logistics, Facilities Management, or related disciplines is an added advantage.
Demonstrated experience in vehicle maintenance coordination, logistics operations, and vendor management.
Experience managing drivers, fleet compliance, and operational costs.
Experience in a healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment is an added advantage.
Key Competencies:
Strong knowledge of fleet, facility, and logistics operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
