Job Summary


We are seeking a responsible and experienced Fleet / Logistics Officer to manage truck operations and coordinate drivers for efficient and safe delivery of goods.


Key Responsibilities


Supervise and coordinate truck drivers and daily fleet operations.
Plan routes and schedule truck movements to meet delivery timelines.
Monitor driver attendance, conduct, and compliance with company policies.
Ensure trucks are roadworthy, properly licensed, insured, and maintained.
Track fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle running costs.
Monitor GPS tracking systems and driver performance.
Enforce safety standards and compliance with road regulations.
Prepare daily and monthly fleet/logistics reports.
Handle breakdowns, incidents, and accident reports.


Requirements


OND / HND / B.Sc. in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2 - 4 years' experience in fleet or logistics operations (truck-focused).
Proven experience supervising truck drivers.
Good knowledge of Lagos road networks.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
Computer literacy (Excel and basic fleet systems).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Candidates must reside in or around Amuwo-Odofin / Apapa / Mile 2 axis.
