Halifield Schools is seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive Fleet Manager to oversee and manage our school transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all school vehicles and drivers
Ensure proper maintenance and servicing of all vehicles
Monitor fuel usage and vehicle documentation
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and school policies
Keep accurate records of vehicle inspections, repairs, and expenses
Schedule drivers and manage transportation logistics
Respond promptly to transportation-related issues
Requirements:
Proven experience in fleet or transport management
Must know how to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
Valid driver's license
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Good leadership and communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
Qualification:
Minimum of OND (Higher qualifications are an added advantage)
