Salary: R391 895.04 (Post level 8)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
Certificate in Transport Management / Fleet Management / Logistics Management
In-depth grasp of vehicle upkeep
4 years' experience
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Ensure vehicles are properly maintained including scheduling maintenance and keeping vehicles clean
Control fuel consumption to ensure the cost of keeping vehicles on the road does not exceed the budget
Ensure vehicles are checked daily and weekly and that annual vehicle inspections are done
Attend to the administrative, personnel management, reporting, and record keeping requirements/ procedures
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on fuel expenses and submit to the immediate superior
Ensure overall compliance with the fleet management policy, and regular review
