JOB PURPOSE
The role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily crude oil evacuation and logistics operations across Ngamia and Amosing, ensuring seamless alignment between EPF operations, transporters, security teams, water supply requirements, dispatch activities, and terminal delivery schedules. Acting as the key field logistics focal point, the position facilitates effective communication and coordination among Production Operations, Transporters, Security, and Midstream Operations to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted crude transportation and supporting logistics activities. The position also provides direct supervision to Dispatch Controllers and field logistics personnel, ensuring disciplined execution of logistics processes and timely resolution of operational challenges. As the primary coordination link between field operations and Head Office, the role is accountable for maintaining operational continuity, managing stakeholder relationships, escalating and resolving logistics issues, and supporting the overall effectiveness of field logistics operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Transport Management, Operations Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 - 8 years' experience in logistics operations, transport coordination, fuel logistics,
field operations, or contractor-managed environments.
Experience coordinating large-scale transport operations within remote or challenging operating environments.
Experience managing contractor performance and service delivery.
Experience working within oil & gas, fuel logistics, mining, infrastructure, or similar high-risk operations is preferred.
Experience coordinating multi-site operations and stakeholder interfaces.
Knowledge of journey management, fleet operations, and operational risk management principles.
