Job Summary


The ideal candidate must be responsible for delivering a transformational retail customer experience, building our brand one customer at a time and ultimately driving our business through sales.


Key Responsibilities


Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences that reflect the brand's values and drive sales growth.
Professionally manage and resolve concerns from irate or dissatisfied customers.
Engage showroom visitors, provide product information, and convert walk-ins to sales.
Address post-purchase issues and ensure swift resolution of customer complaints.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Ensure strict compliance with established standard operating procedures in all activities.


Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills


Minimum of a 2nd class HND / B.Sc / BA Degree in any discipline.
1 - 3 years work experience (Previous Retail Sales experience will be an advantage)
Female (for gender balance)
Team player
Must demonstrate exceptional selling skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Must demonstrate a strong commitment to service and genuine curiosity and interest in people.
