Minimum requirements:
Supervisory Experience
Overseeing all laundry processing, quality control, and timely deliveries
Supervising staff, schedules, monitoring productivity, and maintaining positive team relations
Ensuring proper machine operation, maintenance, and safety
Communicating effectively with clients, staff, and management
Delivering clean, on-time laundry and resolving client issues
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work long hours and manage pressure
Willing to work both day and night shifts as needed
