Qualification & Experience Requirement
Minimum Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
1 - 3 years of experience in customerÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂfacing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
