Job Description
To handle guest payments accurately, provide friendly service, and support smooth front-of-house operations in the restaurant.
Greet guests and assist with billing and payments
Accurately process cash, card, mobile, and voucher transactions
Issue receipts and ensure correct pricing of orders
Balance cash float at the start and end of each shift
Maintain a clean and organized cashier area
Respond to guest queries regarding bills professionally
Follow all cash handling procedures and restaurant SOPs
Report any discrepancies or system issues immediately
Support service staff during peak hours when required
Qualifications
Previous cashier or restaurant experience is an advantage
Basic knowledge of POS systems preferred
Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Managment /hospitality
