Minimum Requirements:


Diploma/degree in hospitality management, or a related field.
At least 3 years' experience in a F&B supervisory role.
Good leadership and team-management skills.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
Competence in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
Computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel management systems.
