Greben LTD is seeking a qualified and practical Food Science / Beverage Production Consultant to support the continued development and improvement of Jaba Tamu Juice™ on a short-term consultancy basis.
We are looking for an individual with hands-on understanding of beverage production, natural shelf-life improvement, production systems, and quality control to help us strengthen and scale our operations.


Scope of Work

The consultant will assist with:


Natural shelf-life improvement strategies
Product consistency and formulation standardization
Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Production process optimization
Quality control and hygiene systems
Batch tracking and record-keeping systems
Staff guidance and operational recommendations


Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience or training in:


Food Science & Technology
Beverage Production
Nutrition & Food Processing
Quality Assurance / Quality Control
Juice or FMCG Production


Preferred Skills & Experience


Understanding of natural preservation methods
Experience in juice or beverage processing
Ability to create practical SOPs and systems
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
Strong problem-solving and operational thinking


Consultancy Arrangement


Temporary / project-based engagement

Site visits may be required depending on project need
