Foreman / Team Leader – Painting & Waterproofing at West Coast Personnel

A well-established company in the painting and waterproofing industry is seeking to appoint an experienced and hands-on Foreman / Team Leader to oversee site operations, transport teams to and from sites, manage staff, and liaise professionally with clients on site.


Minimum Requirements


Proven experience in the painting and waterproofing industry
Previous experience supervising and managing teams on site
Valid driver's licence and valid PDP essential
Must be confident driving and transporting teams to various sites
Able and willing to work at heights
Good communication and client liaison skills
Presentable and professional when dealing with clients
Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example
Of sober habits
Contactable business references essential
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


Key Responsibilities


Drive and transport teams to and from sites safely and responsibly
Supervise painting and waterproofing teams on various sites
Ensure work is completed to company and client standards
Coordinate staff, materials, and daily site activities
Maintain health and safety compliance on site
Communicate progress and site issues with management and clients
Inspect completed work and ensure quality workmanship
Assist hands-on where required
