Job Requirements
Proven minimum 3 years' experience as a Service Manager within a franchised dealership
Strong understanding of OEM processes, warranty administration, and service KPIs
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-focused skills
Sound financial and operational acumen
Ability to manage high volumes in a fast-paced environment
Relevant automotive qualification (advantageous)
A stable and gapless work history
