Duties & Responsibilities
Client Outreach: Leverage your network to identify potential clients for Clydesdale’s staffing services.
Lead Generation: Contact people in your personal and professional circles, introduce Clydesdale, and gather relevant contact information for decision-makers.
Client Interest: Engage leads to assess their staffing needs, introduce our services, and hand over interested leads to Clydesdale for follow-up.
Commission-Based Earnings: Earn 10% commission for each successful lead that results in a sale.
Optional Recruitment Process: For higher commissions (up to 50%), choose to take on additional recruitment steps, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement with full training provided by Clydesdale.
Business Development: Optionally, expand your reach by developing new business opportunities with training and support from our team.
Flexible Engagement: Work remotely, managing your own time and workload at your convenience.
Desired Experience & Qualification
No prior experience required; training provided for each step.
Must be comfortable reaching out to personal and professional networks.
Sales or business development experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently.
Basic communication skills for engaging potential clients.
Must be 18 years or older.
Access to a cellphone and reliable internet connection.
Package & Remuneration
Commission-Based: No basic salary; earn high commissions based on performance.
