Job Summary


The French-Speaking Agent is responsible for handling customer interactions in French (and English where required), ensuring excellent service delivery, resolving inquiries, and supporting operational objectives.


Key Responsibilities


Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in French and English.
Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Good at listening, able to pay good attention to users and have empathy.
Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
Support sales and operations teams with customer-related tasks.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.


Requirements


Fluency in French (spoken and written); English proficiency required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving ability and customer-focused mindset.
Possess good typing speed
Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, Microsoft Office).
