Job Description
We are seeking a professional, courteous, and well-organized Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. The ideal candidate must be friendly, proactive, and capable of managing front office operations efficiently in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to parents, students, and visitors in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
Maintain visitor records and enforce school security procedures
Assist with student attendance and sign-in/sign-out processes
Coordinate communication between parents, teachers, and school management
Handle correspondence (emails, letters, and notices)
Schedule appointments and support administrative tasks
Assist with admissions inquiries and basic enrollment processes
Requirements
Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook
