You are the guardian of our front-of-house and a crucial support for internal operations.
Core Responsibilities
Manage the reception area, greeting all visitors with exceptional professionalism and warmth.
Handle all inbound calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries efficiently.
Manage scheduling for appointments, meetings, and showroom visits.
Provide administrative support to the leadership and design teams (e.g., shipping, organizing supplies, maintaining studio cleanliness).
Assist with basic order processing and client communication under supervision.

Requirements
1 - 2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or client-facing administrative role.

Salary
N144,000 - N180,000 / month
