Role Overview
We are looking for a well-presented and organized Front Desk Officer who will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally
Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
Maintain visitor logs and ensure the reception area is well organized
Provide administrative support to HR and management
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Support internal communication and office coordination
Assist in basic record-keeping and documentation
Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Qualifications
HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Office Administration, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance with a customer-focused attitude
Basic administrative and organizational skills.
