Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Support showroom administrative activities, invoicing and after sales services.
Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or direct them to the appropriate department
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where necessary
Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
Support other departments with administrative tasks when required
