Role Overview
As the Front Desk Receptionist at Maestro Homes, you are the face and voice of our firm. You will create a warm, premium first impression for our clients, buyers, sellers, and real estate agents. This role goes beyond just answering phones, you will manage the energetic flow of our front office to ensure our office environment reflects the high standards of Maestro Homes Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming clients, agents, and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and high-end reception and lounge area at all times.
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls efficiently. Take detailed messages and distribute inquiries (like new property leads) to the appropriate agents or departments.
Assist in planning and executing meetings
Handle challenges proactively and ensure seamless service delivery
Help direct walk-in or call-in buyer inquiries to the \"on-duty\" agent according to company policy

Experience and Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Hospitality, Front Office management, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist or in a customer facing role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and google sheets. Quick to learn industry-specific software (like CRMs or MLS portals if needed).
