Attend to patients and visitors professionally
Register patients and schedule appointments
Handle calls and general inquiries
Verify HMO eligibility and process authorizations
Maintain accurate records and support billing processes
Ensure excellent patient experience and confidentiality
Requirements
OND/HND/BSc in a relevant field
Experience in a hospital front desk role
Good knowledge of HMO processes and claims
Strong communication and computer skills
Must be resident in Abuja
