Role Summary
As the Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders.
You will manage reception operations, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Management: Welcome and direct visitors with professionalism, manage the visitor waiting room.
Communication Handling: Manage phone calls, mails, and correspondence.
Visitor Coordination: Maintain visitor logs and enforce security protocols.
Administrative Support: Assist with filing, scheduling, and document management.
Meeting Assistance: Organize meeting rooms and logistics.
Customer Service: Provide accurate information and direct inquiries appropriately.
Qualifications
Education: OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience: 2 - 3 years in front desk or administrative roles, preferably in oil and gas.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office equipment.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with downstream oil and gas operations and compliance standards is an advantage.
