Key Responsibilities
Receive and attend to clients, visitors, staff, cleaning staff, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming calls, messages, and service-related inquiries, and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Maintain daily attendance records for thosereporting to the office.
Log client complaints, service requests.
Receive and document deliveries of items.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, preparation of reports, and documentation related to cleaning operations.
Ensure the reception and front office areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Uphold company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality in all interactions.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND with 1 - 3 years experience.
