Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Team leadership and supervision of cashiers and packers
Cash register control and cash handling oversight
Refunds, voids, and cashier discrepancy management
Customer checkout flow and wait-time management
Front-end cleanliness, organization, and supplies control
Monitoring for fraud and suspicious activities
Loss prevention at checkout points
Transaction monitoring to prevent staff-customer collusion
POS operations support and checkout supervision
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure and resolve customer issues
Proficiency in POS systems and cash management
High level of integrity and professionalism
Strong attention to detail
Good understanding of POS operations and procedures
Education:
Diploma in Business Administration, or a related Business Course
Relevant professional or retail operations experience will be an added advantage
