You will supervise our front office team and lead by example, ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level
You will exude patience, empathy and have the personality to host the show
As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department
Support the Front Office Manager with the day-to-day running of front office operations
Lead shifts in the absence of the Front Office Manager
Liaise closely with housekeeping ,maintenance and other departments
Monitor room availability, reservations and front desk activities.
Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate financial procedures.
Coach, guide, and support team members to maintain service excellence

Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
Qualification in Hospitality Management or any related field
2-3 years' experience in front office operations, with supervisory exposure.
Strong working knowledge of Opera, PMS systems and MS Office.
Solid understanding of front office procedures and guest service standards .
Confident ,calm and professional approach in high -pressure situations.
Strong leadership, communication , and organisational skills.
Excellent email and telephone etiquette.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
