Our client, a 4-star hotel, is looking for an energetic and service-driven Front Office Supervisor to lead the front office team and create exceptional guest experiences.

Core Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the front office to ensure efficient and professional guest service.
Welcome guests and resolve enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate all front office guest services, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room allocations.
Monitor front office procedures, including room allocations, billing, and cash handling, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Attend to guest complaints, enquiries, and special requests in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with front office policies and procedures.
Coordinate with the Housekeeping, Reservations, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of the front office, reception, and lobby areas.
Maintain accurate front office records and prepare operational reports.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Specifications and Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognised institution.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
