This role requires strong leadership, sales execution, and team development skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Achieve a minimum monthly premium target through personal and team performance
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of up to 12 Direct Sales Representatives with the help of the BDO
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to the sales team
Drive team productivity and ensure consistent pipeline development
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and market feedback
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:


Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance, Business Administration (BCom - Insurance Option), or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged
Professional certification - COP is an added advantage
0-2 years' experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
