Responsibilities


Drive FTTH customer acquisition and achieve Home Connect targets.
Lead and manage field sales teams and agents within assigned clusters.
Develop territory-based sales plans aligned with FTTH rollout.
Track sales performance and ensure conversion from Home Pass to Home Connect.
Coordinate with deployment teams for sales launch readiness.
Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.


Requirements


Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with 3 years in team leadership/management.
Experience in telecom, FTTH, broadband, or FMCG industry preferred.
Strong analytical skills; familiar with Google Earth for territory planning.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Proven ability to meet or exceed acquisition targets.
Experience with MTN/ZTE or FTTH projects is an advantage.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
