Hinterland Fuel is seeking a driven and hands-on Fuels Site Manager to take full accountability for the management and performance of the entire fuel site, including both the Express Shop and Forecourt operations. The successful candidate will lead site operations, ensure compliance with operational and safety standards, and drive profitability, customer service, and overall site performance.


Requirements


National Senior Certificate (Matric)
2 - 3 years' relevant management experience
Experience in fuel or convenience retail operations will be advantageous
Valid Code A Driver's Licence
Strong leadership, people management, and operational coordination skills
Knowledge of retail fuel operations, SHEQ standards, and compliance legislation
