Job Summary
The Fulfillment Operations Officer is responsible for executing daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality order fulfillment.
This includes picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for dispatch while maintaining inventory accuracy, product integrity, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick products using pick lists or handheld devices.
Verify product details, quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates (FIFO/FEFO where applicable).
Pack and seal orders securely, applying appropriate handling and cold-chain procedures when required.
Label shipments correctly and conduct final accuracy checks before dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the fulfillment area.
Support restocking, inventory counts, and general warehouse tasks.
Promptly report stock discrepancies or operational issues to the supervisor.
Adhere strictly to safety and pharmaceutical handling standards.
Requirements & Competencies
Minimum of High School Diploma or OND (logistics/warehouse training is an advantage).
1 - 3 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, or store-keeping (pharmaceutical experience is a plus).
Basic knowledge of inventory systems/scanners is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good numerical and organizational skills.
Physically fit and able to lift up to 20 - 25kg.
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work under time pressure.
Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
Proximity to the work location is essential.
