Job Summary


We are seeking experienced and solution-oriented Full Stack PHP Developers to join our Core Product and Support Engineering team.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing legacy healthcare applications while also developing and scaling modern enterprise solutions using the latest PHP technologies.
This role combines software engineering, deployment support, and customer-facing implementation responsibilities within hospital environments.
The successful candidates must possess strong technical expertise across both legacy and modern PHP ecosystems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to support high-impact deployments and client onboarding activities.


Key Tasks & Responsibilities


Maintain, troubleshoot, refactor, and safely optimize existing legacy applications built on raw PHP and CodeIgniter 3 without disrupting existing business logic.
Build, scale, and manage modern enterprise web applications using Laravel 13+, PHP 8.x, and the TALL stack (Tailwind CSS, Livewire, Alpine.js).
Design, implement, and support scalable backend systems and user-facing application features.
Handle end-to-end client deployments, server configurations, system setup, and implementation support for external hospital clients.
Conduct user onboarding and implementation training sessions for hospital staff and other non-technical users.
Collaborate with development teams using Git/GitHub workflows, including branch management, code reviews, pull requests, and merge conflict resolution.
Monitor application performance and implement optimization strategies for improved stability, scalability, and reliability.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to deployments, configurations, integrations, and application functionality.
Ensure proper documentation of technical processes, deployment procedures, and support activities.
Work closely with product, support, and implementation teams to deliver high-quality software solutions within defined timelines.


Requirements & Qualifications
Educational Qualification:


Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.


Experience:


3 - 5 years of relevant mid-to-senior level software development experience.


Technical Skills:


Strong expertise in Laravel 13+, PHP 7.4/8.x, and modern PHP development practices.
Experience working with legacy systems using CodeIgniter 3 and raw PHP.
Proficiency in the TALL Stack (Tailwind CSS, Livewire, Alpine.js).
Advanced Git/GitHub workflow management skills.
Understanding of server deployments, configurations, and application hosting environments.
