Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend systems.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in building high-performance solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences, and contributing to the continuous improvement of digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.
Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and real-time systems (WebSockets).
Develop and maintain full stack applications, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
Work with databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, and caching systems such as Redis.
Write secure, efficient, and reusable code following software engineering best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support efficient deployments.
Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Utilize containerization tools such as Docker (Kubernetes is an added advantage).
Use Git-based version control systems (GitHub/GitLab) effectively.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability.


Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong proficiency in Node.js (working knowledge of Python is an added advantage).
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, and Redis.
Proven experience building RESTful APIs, working with GraphQL, and implementing WebSockets or real-time systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Strong understanding of Git-based version control and modern software development best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
