Full Stack Software Developer (Java/C#.NET, Android Mobile, Vue.js)

Orgmento is seeking a highly-skilled Java/C#.NET Full-Stack Developer to join our dedicated team in Accra, Ghana. This role is essential as we aim to build robust applications across multiple platforms, including a Vue.js admin portal and mobile applications using Java for Android.

As a Java/C#.NET Developer, you will work closely with our development team to create scalable and efficient applications, with a focus on high-quality user experiences. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software that meets business requirements and enhances our existing solutions.

This is a full-time position with an initial 6-month probationary period, and candidates must be based in, or be willing to relocate to Accra, Ghana.

• Develop and maintain high-performance applications using Java Android Mobile/C#.NET (middle-tier)
• Adapt existing Android/Java mobile applications that integrate with backend services
• Design and manage database back-end using Microsoft SQL Server
• Build and optimize a Vue.js admin portal for user management and system administration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Implement unit and integration testing to ensure software quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, maintaining system performance and reliability

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
