Job Summary
A leading player in the financial services industry is looking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented Fund Accountant to join its Finance team.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in asset management, fund accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare reports on yields, NAVs, and fund distributions
Perform daily accounting operations for assigned funds
Handle month-end reconciliations and account closings
Support annual audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting
Monitor fund cashflows and expenses
Generate financial statements and management reports
Analyze accounting discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Drive process improvements for enhanced financial performance.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
ACA or ACCA qualification is mandatory
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Fund Accounting or a similar role
Experience within Asset Management, Securities, Advisory, or Trustees business
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and risk management
Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
