Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products effectively to prospective and existing clients
Meet daily call targets and convert leads into successful sales
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance objectives
Deliver exceptional customer experience
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand client base and market share
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships with Introducing Brokers
Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to improve sales strategies
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights
Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation and client acquisition strategies
Conduct market research and provide insights to support trading strategies
Participate in training programs and continuous professional development
Support operational efficiency by assisting with back-office functions when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum of 2 years' experience in FX/Forex sales or a similar role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong interest in financial markets, trading, and investments
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Familiarity with trading platforms is an added advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
