Key duties and responsibilities
Healthcare engagement promotion
Visit targeted HCPs regularly to promote child nutrition products and provide scientific detailing.
Educate HCPs on the benefits, usage guidelines, and nutritional content of products.
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and pediatric networks.
Scientific Education and training
Territory Management
Conduct and support medical education activities such as CMEs, roundtables, webinars, and in-clinic sessions.
Ensure scientific claims and communications align with internal and local regulatory guidelines.
Support product launches with medical training sessions for HCPs.
Market intelligence and reporting
Gather insights from HCPs about child nutrition trends, concerns, competitor activity, and product feedback.
Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Category Manager on territory performance and insights.
Recommend strategies to improve product positioning based on field learnings.
Develop and execute a territory action plan with clear coverage targets.
Ensure visibility of company materials and samples in compliance with medical marketing guidelines.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure aligned messaging and outreach.
Compliance & Ethics
Operate in full compliance with WHO Code, local laws, and Company policy on marketing breast milk substitutes (BMS).
Working relationships
Internal Relationships: Sales, Marketing, Supply chain and Finance
External Relationships: Local Authorities, medical associations/bodies
Requirements
Knowledge, experience and qualifications required
Education
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in medical sales or healthcare engagement, preferably in pediatrics or nutrition.
Strong understanding of child health, nutrition science, and clinical detailing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
