Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Gardener to join our team and help maintain a clean, beautiful, and welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day gardening tasks and ensuring the school grounds remain in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities
Mowing lawns, trimming flowers, pruning plants, and general landscape maintenance.
Dressing flower beds, weeding, watering, and sweeping assigned areas.
Monitoring plant health and reporting or replacing damaged plants.
Planting, nurturing, and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and lawns.
Applying insecticides, herbicides, and other treatments for routine fumigation.
Ensuring the school environment is neat, tidy, and well-kept at all times.
Supporting seasonal planting plans and upkeep schedules
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE or OND
1 - 3 years of experience in a gardening or groundskeeping role
Good knowledge of plants, flowers, garden tools, and basic landscaping
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Hardworking, reliable, and physically fit.
Salary & Benefits
N80,000 monthly (gross), depending on experience
HMO, Pension, and other incentives.
