Garment Production Machinist (Tailor) at NIBS College

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


2 years of experience in garment production.
Proficient with sewing machines and tailoring equipment.
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Physically fit and able to sit or stand for long periods


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Cut, sew, repair, and alter garments, ensuring neatfinishes and high quality.
Operate industrial sewing machines for high-volume production.
Follow stitching specifications, patterns & work orders accurately.
Assemble garments with precision and efficiency.
Maintain sewing machines and report issues.
Adhere to safety procedures and keep work areas organized.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Inspect finished products for defects and make corrections.
