Oxyplus International Co Ltd is seeking motivated and target-driven Sales Representatives to support expansion of our distribution network across Kenya, with immediate priority for candidates serving customers in the North Rift region however also looking for candidates countrywide. Looking for a sales person familiar with the gases industry to promote medical and industrial gases in the market
This is a field-based role ideal for individuals who enjoy working in the market, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new customers
Maintain strong relationships with clients
Submit daily and sales reports
Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback
Coming up with route plans for assigned areas
Requirements
Degree in Sales, Marketing or Medical Field
Experience in field sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven and target-oriented personality
Ability to manage assigned territories independently
Valid driving licence (motorbike or vehicle preferred)
