Leading annual crop planning, CAPEX, and budget performance.
Driving continuous improvement in agronomy, technology, and sustainability.
Building trusted partnerships with key off-takers and export clients.
Inspiring and developing large, multi-disciplinary teams.
Ideal candidates will bring:
Degree (and ideally post-graduate qualification) in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Agribusiness.
10+ years' leadership experience in large-scale fresh produce or superfood production.
Proven track record in managing P&L, forecasting, and delivering profitable growth.
Technical understanding of modern berry agronomy and post-harvest handling.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-cultural management skills.
